This charger is able to adopt the charging current to the acceptance level of the connected battery as long as there is a temperature sensor (NTC thermistor) to the battery connected. This function will lead to extended or shortened charging times depending on the used battery.
The temperature sensor has to be according to the specified values found in Chapter 6 of the Datasheet.
In case of an open NTC connection the output current of this charger will be limited to 1500mA in order to protect the cells.
