The founders of the company had already won a number of start-up prizes for their exoskeleton idea before the finished prototype had even been presented to the public at the world’s largest medical trade fair, Medica, in Germany.

Today, the exoskeleton is being used in both the private everyday life of people with longterm disabilities as well as in the clinical treatment of patients who are having to relearn unassisted walking following an accident.

This certification is mandatory to allow for the approval of the entire medical device in accordance with EN60601.
